Overview


Tiger-Eye is a full feature Recruitment system for Recruiting Organisations or Departments from around the world.

Developed by a Recruitment business for a Recruitment business

Written originally in 1988 for a UK Recruitment Company, it was re-written in 1999 and has evolved over the years. The same Recruitment business has been associated with the product and is still used today. For many years, it has been the intention to provide the system to external organisations and by using the Cloud solution, this can make it possible. It is owned and operated by TowerPoint Co Limited in the UK and can be made available in the Cloud as the most practical way of using the software as it uses several Servers with failover to provide a virtual continuous service. The system is very large with many facilities; most been developed by Recruitment Companies using the software. The practical solution from an operational viewpoint is to have the system provided online so that it can be updated from a single location. All data is the ownership of the Licensee of the software and can be exported to a set of files if deciding to move elsewhere. Backup of the data is automatically provided, including copies off site. The system is divided into 2 major parts: Candidates and Clients, providing a CRM system with people’s information. There are numerous ways of searching both Candidates and Clients.

Search module

There is a categorisation module to be able to categorise each Candidate or Client which then allows for searching and selection. All CVs/Resumes can be uploaded into the system locally. Customisation may be possible to allow live Jobs to be displayed and for CVs/Resumes to be uploaded from your web site or a sub web site. The CV/Resume management module: Sales Consultants can create baskets to send a Candidate’s CV to a selection of clients or alternatively, send a selection of Candidate’s CV to one Client. CVs/Resumes, and any data stored, can be in any western language.

Activity module

This is started when a CV is sent to a Client for either an actual or prospective Job. This can then be progressed to Interviews; Rejections; Offers; and Placements. Full reporting is provided by Consultant and by Office, Division and Company, and can assist in reporting KPI results.

Notes module

This is at the heart of the system and provides a complete range of information which is classified and can be searched. It contains information on what activity has been done in the past. Any User additions is down to ensuring they enter information as they deal with their Candidates and/or Clients. The Tiger-Eye system automatically updates both Candidate and Client as the user produces events – i.e. Registering a CV; Sending a CV; Making interviews/offers/placements.

Email Notification and Newsletters module

The system allows for selected email alerts, emails from search results and a regular Newsletter.

Contract module

This contains the Placement or Contract information once an offer has been accepted and contains all the information for Invoicing for Permanent Recruitment. For the Contractor/Temporary business, it provides for producing and sending Contractual documents for Contractors and/or Temporary workers, keeping a note of returning paperwork. The information is 2 sided – one for Clients, and second – Candidate (Contractor). Printing is done by producing PDF documents that can then be sent or printed.

Accounting module

For the Permanent Recruitment provides a checking system for people starting employment and then allowing an invoice to be produced which can be emailed. For Contractors, the system contains Time sheet handling, production of invoices picking off what invoices to include, and then producing the invoices which can be emailed. A list of outstanding invoices is provided for Credit Control. Tiger-Eye supports foreign currencies and can operate and report using multiple currencies at the same time. There is an export facility into Sage and Quickbooks Accounting software using CSV files. Customisation may be done to other products.

Organisation

The Tiger-Eye system is organised by each person having a User key. The User is allocated to a Profit Centre which is related to an Office, a Division and a Company. The system supports multiple Teams (Profit Centres); Offices; Divisions; and Companies.
